Complete UI for Restoration Shamans
Includes Weakauras for every talent combination and all spells relevant for the "rotation".
Also includes WAs for the covenant abilities (namely Necro^^).

- General: Based on the "Ablution-style"-layout conceptionalized by the User Ablution (https://wago.io/p/Ablution). Massively extended and built upon. Replacing some of the icons by progress bars for HoTs/Totems.
