This is a set of Auras for Devastation Evoker Information Awareness.
There is a lot going on in this aura set. Read the description in each aura..
This aura package was made for Devastation Evokers, it is designed to display information to help with situation decision making, mainly when to use procs and Dragonrage.
The most complex aura in this is the Burnout proc tracker which lets you know if you should use it to self heal.
I've tried to make it as compact as possible to keep the information as easy to reference without needing to look elsewhere.
There are several complex interactions that may have some bugs - I am working to fix those.

Inner Countdown Indicators:
Blue - Shattering Star debuff timer
Purple - Limitless Potential timer (Tier set)
Red - Bloodlust (+others) timer

Burnout Stacks- Usage - Living Flame Procs
This aura appears when you have burn out procs. It has several color states:
Light red - 1 Burnout Proc
Red - 2 Burnout Procs
Light Green - 1 Burnout Proc and your health is below 90%
Green - 2 Burnout Procs and your health is below 90%
The green options are to indicate to use the Burnout proc to self heal.
Inner aura - orange - This aura appears when you have burn out procs.

Outside Auras Set
Target Health Indicator
There is a faint yellow aura outside of the Burnout Proc aura set that indicates that your target is less than 80% health - might be time to look for a higher health target.
Dragonrage
Shows remaining Dragonrage duration.

Bottom Icon Set
DragonRage:
-- Fades when on cool down
-- White glow when either Fire Breath or Eternity Surge is available.
-- Blue glow when both Fire Breath and Eternity Surge are available.
Shattering Star
-- Fades when on cool down.
-- No glow when it can be cast, but Disintegrate can not be.
-- White glow when one cast of Disintegrate can be made (either by Essence or Essence Burst.)
-- Blue Glow when two casts of Disintegrate can be made (with Essence, Essence Burst, or both.)
