Enhancement Infinity Weaver

This weakaura will allow you to do many things, but the best one if I should resume in one line : it allow you to weave almost perfectly, no matter the weapon you use.

Weaving mean casting "Chain Lightning" or "Lightning bolt" in-between your autoattack, before you reach 5 Maelstrom stack. The whole benefit is removed if you cast your spell while your MH or OH autoattack land (before your cast complete). This would clip your autoattack and reset your swing timer, decreasing your DPS.

That mean the faster the weapon, the harder it is because the window of weaving become shorter. Slower weapon is often the favorite (the infamous "Wraith Strike"). The more haste you have, the faster you swing and cast time are, making everything even more faster.

Also, having weapon that doesn't have same speed make it 2x time harder since you need to worry about 2 weapon swing timer that are unsynced. That's why weaving is usually done with same-speed weapon, so that you can sync them with "Albinos Snake" and coalesce 2 swing timer into 1. This make weaving window way more forgiving and easier to manage.

With this weakaura, you can weave with any weapons and you'll never lose DPS.

How does this work ?

The whole purpose of this weakaura is to prevent you from using some spells in certain condition, by blocking your input with WoW client LUA function. This is a fork of Emhiro weakaura. As simple as it sound, this work.

If you can spam your spell and we block your input, that mean you can never fail your weave if we have enough information. Assuming you press your buttons fast enough, you'll start to cast your spell at perfect timing. If you are not fast enough, then your input will be blocked = no spell cast = no weaving fail = no clipping.

When using this weakaura and properly configured, you can expect less than 1% of clipping.

Does it have requirements ?

It work with max rank spell so if you are low-level, it's not for you - wait level 80.
It work with the standard Blizzard UI Bar and Dominos/Elvui. It's unclear if Bartender is compatible.
This weakaura will load only if you have the Enhancement dual-wield talent, it's designed for Enhancement Shaman. It will not load in arena and battlegrounds - you probably want full control in PvP !
You need "LibClassicSwingTimerApi" addon, available on all platform like Curseforge. Otherwise, this weakaura will not work. https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/libclassicswingtimerapi
You'll be better to have a weaving indicator, we don't provide anything for that. Goto here : https://wago.io/joURtkngg - This is extremely important to track if you clip your autoattack while weaving, and to understand the basis of swing timer.
If you have same speed weapon use the "Albinos Snake" weakaura : https://wago.io/f3we0Uiw3 - it will sync your weapon for you. Set loading to "Never" if you use non-same speed weapon. Or if you want to load it only for some weapons, you can setup the loading conditions to your same speed weapon (mine load only when I have "Wraith Strike" equiped).
This weakaura need to know your keybinds, see below.

Installation

After you've meet all the requirements, import "Infinity Weaver" weakaura and setup your keybinds : open /wa and go into "Infinity Weaver" => "Custom Options" tab.

Note : You can see in chat what key you are pressing if you enable "Debug - print what key was pressed into chat" option.

For example, my "Lightning Bolt" spell is keybind to 1.

A spell can have multiple keybinds (in case you are into that) - simply separate them with a semicolon, eg 1;F mean that the spell is both keybound to 1 and to F. Lowercase or uppercase does not matter, keybinds are normalized.

If you use modifier, for example SHIFT and V, it's gonna be something like SHIFT-V. Use debug mode to setup everything if you are not confident.

If you use a mouse buttons for your keybinds, this will usually doesn't work well. In that case, I recommend to map your mouse binds into keyboards binds with your mouse manufacturer software like "Razer Synapse". Simply add an alias to map all your mouse binds to unused keyboards binds in WoW, like the numpads.

Enter your keybinds for each spell, scroll and don't miss anything. After your binds are setup, disable debug mode and you can enable/disable options - hover them to understand what they do. I'll explain shortly all features.

After you've setup everything, go on dummies and test it.

Can I weave with non-same speed weapon / fast weapon ?

If you don't use this weakaura, you can't weave in this scenario. Desynced weapon and fast weapon mean you can't weave.

With this weakaura you can weave in this scenario but the window is very small and probably out of your hand with "Heroism" / "Bloodlust". So it's up to you, it's doable, but still hard to get it right. At most, you'll lose your mind by pressing "Lightning Bolt" + "Chain Lightning" and nothing will happen because input will be blocked ^^.

I recommend playing with slow weapon and same speed weapon if you can.

If possible : GSD + Caress, and if you need to AoE for a couple of seconds, swap to Wraith Strike + any 2.6 OH like Vulmir. That way, you always have same speed weapon and by using this weakaura, you'll weave like nobody else.

On some phase that involve constant AoE like trash, Freya P1 flowers, Kologarn, you should ignore weaving because "Fire Nova" take priority of everything else - in that case, it's worth it to switch back to Constellus if you have it.

If you still want to try weaving with fast and non-same speed weapon (Constellus), don't expect to weave below 4 stack, while slow and same speed weapon would allow you to weave at 2-3 stack all the time.

Features

Dynamic SQW

Dynamic SQW, if enabled, will set your SQW to the value you have defined, and set your SQW to 0 if your next autoattack from MH or OH would land before your GCD end.

You can enable/disable this option as you wish.

I recommend to lower your SQW as Enhancement Shaman. The game default is 400ms. That mean if you press a button 400ms before your GCD end, your spell will be queued and ready to fire instantly once GCD is off.

As Enhancement Shaman, you often want to wait the last milliseconds before pressing a spell just in case your next autoattack generate enough Maelstrom stack to weave a "Chain Lightning" or "Lightning Bolt".

A good value for me is 100ms + your world latency. I personally play with 150ms SQW on my Enhancement Shaman and 400ms on all others characters.

If you want to know your latency in game, type this in chat :

The default weakaura value is set to 150ms.

Lightning bolt, Chain Lightning

If you don't have enough time to weave a "Lightning Bolt" or "Chain Lightning", it will block "Lightning Bolt" and "Chain Lightning" input if the projected spell cast would result in MH or OH autoattack clipping. This apply only if you are in melee range.

This is the main feature of this weakaura.

You can enable/disable per-spell.

This should prevent main-hand and off-hand clipping when you weave ; you can now spam your "Lightning Bolt" or "Chain Lightning" in-between your autoattack.

This work fantastically well with same speed weapon like GSD + Caress - it's now very easy for you once your weapon are synced with "Albinos Snake", to cast "Lightning Bolt" or "Chain Lightning" below 5 Maelstrom stack.

This also work with non-same speed weapon.

Using this feature, you can expect to land spell at 2 or 3 Maelstrom stack if you are fast enough to press your button - all of that with less than 1% clipping.

Play with the threshold in case you encounter to many clipping - 100ms is a good default and 200ms is more conservative. Swing timer isn't an exact science and numeric calculation can result in accumulation of small error - the threshold should protect you from most of theses numeric instability.

Flame Shock

If your target have "Flame Shock" debuff and if the "Flame Shock" duration is above the threshold (configurable from 0s to 18s), it will block "Flame Shock" input.
If you have enough Maelstrom stack (5 by default, configurable) and you are not nature silenced, it will also block "Flame Shock" input.

This should prevent "Flame Shock" clipping, and prevent queued "Flame Shock" when you have 5 Maelstrom stack ready to use.

Fire Elemental Totem

If you have summoned "Fire Elemental Totem", it will check the threshold (configurable from 0s to 120s), and if the "Fire Elemental Totem" remaining duration is above the threshold, it will block fire totem input (Magma Totem, Searing Totem, Flametongue Totem, Frost Resistance Totem).
If you are not in combat, it will block "Fire Elemental Totem" input.

You can enable/disable per-totem, and also enable/disable the combat protection of "Fire Elemental Totem".

This should prevent fat-finger when you unsummon your "Fire Elemental Totem" to early by accident, usually by pressing "Magma Totem". It also protect you from using your "Fire Elemental Totem" when you are not fighting anything. You can still mouseclick it if you want to use it before combat start, but don't do that - you should snapshot your "Fire Elemental Totem".

Your "Totemic Recall" and your 3 totem configuration ain't gonna be blocked.

If you still need to cancel your "Fire Elemental Totem" for whatever reason, right-click your fire totem (on your player totem frame in Blizzard UI), or recall all totems with "Totemic Recall".

Stormstrike, Earth Shock, Fire Nova, Lava Lash

If you have enough Maelstrom stack (5 by default, configurable) and you are not nature silenced, it will block "Stormstrike", "Earth Shock", "Fire Nova", and "Lava Lash" input.

You can enable/disable per-spell.

This should prevent queued spell when you have 5 Maelstrom stack ready to use.

By default, "Fire Nova" is disabled - it's up to you, personally I prefer to have "FIre Nova" not blocked even if I have 5 Maelstrom stack for large AOE / cleave.

Bloodlust/Heroism

If you are not in combat, it will block "Bloodlust/Heroism" input.

You can enable/disable the combat protection.

It protect you from using your "Bloodlust/Heroism" when you are not fighting anything. You can still mouseclick it if you want to use it before combat start.
