I rarely use tab targeting as I find it clunky and instead rely on the mouse. However the default cursor easily blends in with the environment, especially during fighting.
This little WeakAura attempts to help remedy this.
1. It adds a dot at the mouse cursor, which can be customized to your heart's content.
2. It has some basic HUD elements, such as Health/Power (Mana, Rage etc) and also a global cooldown indicator.
It has some issues related to right-clicking but that should be fairly easy to fix, but this is currently a proof of concept as it's my first ever custom aura - it works good enough for what I wanted it to do.
But if it gets some interest I'll look into making a better version.
