Highlights red when your target has lost less than 500 HP to prevent overheal (can change this to whatever number you want)
Prioritizes mouseover first, target second, this allows you you to easily see who you're healing and their health lost in a static position without checking raid frames. All while targetting someone else.
If you target heal, enable it in the custom options. |
