Adds many UI elements geared towards Retribution Paladins. This consists of a swing timer, an active Seal indicator, a Judgement tracker with player names, a Blessing tracker highlighting your own Blessing, an Art of War proc pop-up, a Vengeance stack counter, a Seal of Vengeance/Corruption stack counter and a Bloodlust/Heroism duration timer.
This WeakAura is the WotLKC adaptation of my TBCC Seal Twist Indicator WeakAura.
