A weakaura for tracking the Sniper Training debuff, aswell as the recharge time which is reset when moving your character, inspired by the WeakAura from Norgannon.
There are three components:
- A progress bar that fills while not moving.
- A progress bar that tracks the Sniper Training buff.
- An invisible aura that contains the custom functions which track movement state.
