To proceed with the email change, you will need to confirm the new email address that you would like to have registered along with your Secret Answer.
Please note that an email address can only be used once to create a Battle.net account. Should you wish to create a new Battle.net account with a specific email address that is already in use on an old Battle.net account, you will first need to change the email address on the old account.
If you are unable to do this yourself on your Account Management Page, we can register the change for you. In order to do so, please reply to this ticket and provide the following information in a text document as an attachment (e.g. a Notepad .TXT file):
- Your Battle.net account email address (please do NOT send us your password)
- Your full real name
- Your Battle.net secret question and answer ()
- The new email address that you would like to have registered on the account
Once the email address on the original Battle.net account has been changed, you will be able to create a new account with the email address that was previously in use. Alternatively, you can register this email address to another existing Battle.net account.
Please note that changing the Email address to your Battle.net account will also change the login name of your Online Store to the new Email address.
