Mind Blast UI element. Desaturates and shows text "DON'T USE" when you have enough haste to drop MB from rotation, or you have 4pc T10 equipped. Tracks the cooldown as normal when you choose to use MB anyway.
This is intended as a drop-in replacement for the MB tracker in your UI pack such as Passion's or Fojji's. |
