Announces key combat abilities cast by fellow group and raid members. This has a "ghetto" consensus protocol for preventing multiple people from calling out the same cast. Spell will eventually be configurable inside a GUI rather than a data table in actions.
For abilities that require a user to be in a "tank" stance, it will attempt to use Nova Raid Companion to pull talents. Without it this aura will not announce most tank cooldowns.
