Based on Dhars' Hit rating, I wanted an Armor Pen (ArP) setting in my character stats screen, why the damn thing hasn't been added by the default UI blows my mind. Anyway, this is the result. Might need tweaking, but I hope this helps you all with not having such a basic function available.
Meleé can add it too, but it will need to be re-possitioned. In ranged stats we have an extra gap.
Fully working with ElvUI.
