Hand of Salvation Helper

Features:
-Shows Hand of Salvation Icon directly on Raidframes for Top Threat on Target
-works in Group and Raid
-ignores Tanks
-orange Glow if Threat % > 90
-red Glow if Tanking

Custom Options:
- Min Threat (Default: 69): only considers Players with more Aggro % on Target
- max Icon Count (Default: 1):  Icon count to show, so only considers Top X (e.g. 1) in Threat (after Tank)

Styling:
- you can change Icon, Size etc like any other WA
- you have access to a few Variables for Text or Conditions (see Default Setup); Variables: threatPercent (=Number), isTanking (=bool), role (String), aggroIndex (Number, example: 2 means #2 in Threat after Tank)
